Key Responsibilities:
✅ Research and monitor tender opportunities across different platforms and markets.
✅ Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within specified deadlines.
✅ Ensure compliance with technical, legal, and administrative requirements of each tender.
✅ Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documentation.
✅ Track tender results and provide reports on bidding performance.
✅ Maintain an organized record of all submitted tenders and follow up as needed.

Requirements:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or any other related field.
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience in tendering, procurement, or a related field.
✔ Good knowledge of tender submission procedures and relevant platforms.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
✔ Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visuals for marketing campaigns, product launches, presentations, print materials, digital ads, and trade shows.
  • Social Media Management: Develop content plans, manage posting schedules, and run active pages across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Brand Development: Maintain and enhance TIMAK’s brand identity across all channels; bringing consistency, creativity, and innovation.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor and interact with our social media audience; responding to comments, DMs, and community feedback.
  • Content Creation: Design graphics, edit short videos, write captions, and produce engaging content tailored to each platform.
  • Performance Analytics: Track KPIs, analyze engagement metrics, and adjust strategies to grow reach and visibility.
  • Support PR & Events: Design materials for exhibitions, corporate events, and PR campaigns, in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed on trends in industrial marketing, digital design, and social media best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, social media management, and/or digital marketing.
  • Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects/Premiere Pro is a plus.
  • Strong skills incontent creation for digital channels: graphics, short videos, social media visuals.
  • Experience managingLinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and understanding of platform algorithms and trends.
  • Excellent writing ability in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once and meet deadlines.
